We’re thrilled to share that cauliflower has officially joined the menu at Aladdin’s Cleveland Clinic location!
For years, cauliflower has been a guest favorite at our restaurants, whether as a spicy appetizer, rolled into a pita, baked onto pitzas, or served alongside signature entrees. But because we don’t use fryers at the Clinic (a choice that reflects the health-first spirit of the hospital), those dishes weren’t available here.
Until now.
After much testing and tasting, we’ve created a baked version that’s every bit as flavorful as the original, made to meet our standards of quality and freshness, while staying true to the Clinic’s commitment to health.
The new menu lineup is full of variety and flavor: from our classic Spicy Cauliflower with tahini lemon and a touch of heat, to heartier favorites like Sally’s Favorite Bowl with basmati rice, beef kafta, and toasted pine nuts. You’ll also find cauliflower featured in the Genie’s Combo, the Cauliflower Rolled, and the Cauliflower Pitza, all designed to showcase this wholesome vegetable in ways that are both nourishing and delicious. Whether you’re looking for a quick lunch, a satisfying dinner, or a shareable bite, there’s something new to love.
